The team at the Radisson Hotel & Spa Sligo always go that extra mile for their wedding couples & they understand the stresses that are involved in planning a wedding. So for one day only, they decided they would step into the shoes of the bridal party to see what exactly is involved in getting picture perfect for a wedding....
They also created an all inclusive wedding package which includes full wedding reception for 135 guests (extra guests @ 45e pp), band by Deja Groove, Suits by EJ'S Menswear, Hair by Salon 2, Flowers by Feehilys & Photography by David Knight Photography all for just 9,999e!
Denise the Wedding Coordinator at the Radisson & Pawel Kruk the events manager were the mock bride & groom. Seamus Preston the General Manager acted as the 'priest'!
Joe Shannon head Chef at the Radisson Hotel Sligo even joined in, Joe works very closely with all the wedding couple's at the Radisson & offers a complimentary tasting to each couple so they can choose the right wedding for their special day so it was only fitting that Joe would join the rest of the team on the dunes of Rosses Point Beach.
Denise & the bridal party headed off at first light to Salon 2 hair salon in Sligo where Kate did the most beautiful up styles for Denise & her 'bridesmaids' Orla Seery the hotel's Events Coordinator, Celene Kilgannon Sales Manager & Lisa Lenehan spa therapist.
Nicola from Loves Legacy picked a beautiful silk ivory Ivana gown for Denise & EJ's Menswear provide a very slick suit for Pawel and his chosen groomsmen Oliver Mc Geehan & Paul Logan from the Radisson Leisure Club & Jarek Podhorecki head waiter at the Radisson Hotel Sligo.
After leaving Salon 2, Denise & her bridesmaids headed back to the Radisson to have their makeup done by Hazel Henry at the Radisson's Solas Spa. Hazel used Mii makeup range to make the girls all look picture perfect for their big day! Whilst the ladies were being beautified, the groom & groomsmen were unloading a truck on Rosses Point Beach!!!
The Radisson hotel is located just a few minutes' drive from the beach & a lot of their wedding couples use it for their location shots, so it seemed the perfect location for this photo shoot. They set up an actual top table above the sand dunes overlooking the beautiful Rosses Point beach.
Micheal Feehily from Feehilys florist provided the beautiful bouquets for the girls, and he also provided the stunning archway for the 'ceremony'. David Griffith from the wedding band Deja Groove strummed his guitar & sang a few tunes to entertain everyone, as onlookers looked on in wonder! David Knight from Irish Wedding Photography took the amazing photos, even standing up on his jeep at one point to ensure he got the perfect shot!
The staff at the Radisson Hotel & Spa Sligo are known for going above & beyond the call of duty & this photo shoot proves just that!
