"Just a short note of thanks for the splendid job you and your team did in coordinating our wedding on the 12th May 2014. Your organisation and attention to detail ensured that everything went according to plan and without a hitch.
It was the most fantastic day of our lives! Your hotel and staff are an absolute credit to you all. The service we received on our very first day, having come to enquire about the available wedding packages, was outstanding and convinced us to put our trust in you! We felt like royalty throughout the entire process.
There are many people in the Regency Hotel we would like to thank and give credit to: the bar staff, waitresses & waiters, and especially a big "thank you" to the chef & his team. The food was just perfect, the soup, mains and dessert left behind only satisfied guests. All in attendance raved about the quality and timely delivery of the food.
Graham, what can I say, you are a gentleman! From the day we first met you, you were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. On the day, you put us at easy as you oversaw and managed the event.
